About the department
CPBC Product Master Data team was established in May 2015. We are responsible for the creation and maintenance of different kinds of products. We cooperate globally with various business units as the first line of support for cases related to master data.
CPBC owns the business responsibility for Product Master Data at Coloplast.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain products data information according to procedures in Coloplast systems (JD Edwards – E1 and STEP), based on requests from the business
Ensure quality of provided Master Data
Participate in global and local projects
Support the organization in data related inquiries, solving issues, and proposing solutions
Working closely with various stakeholders from Supply Chain, Production, and many others
Prepare reports from Coloplast systems to work on data quality and support Core Business with needed Product Master Data information
- Very good written and verbal English communication skills
Product Master Data experience is an advantage
Experienced Excel user with an eye for details
Passionate about working with systems and data
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand existing business processes
Willing to implement changes and improvements
Understanding of cross-functional cultures
Ability to organize and prioritize own workload
